Corporate governance at Ratos

Ratos AB is a public limited liability company and the governance of Ratos is based on both external and internal regulations. In order to establish guidelines for the company's operations, the Board of Directors has developed and adopted a number of policy documents. These provide guidance for the organisation and its employees, based on the fundamental values and principles that shall characterise the company's operations and conduct.

Ratos applies the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (the "Code") and reports no deviations from the Code for the financial year 2025.

This Corporate Governance Report seeks to avoid repeating information that follows from applicable regulations and focuses primarily on describing corporate governance for Ratos AB.

The company's auditors have conducted a statutory review of the Corporate Governance Report.
