Sustainability Report 2025
In 2025, Ratos took several important steps in its sustainability work. During the year, the group's climate targets were validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), in line with the Paris Agreement's 1.5°C goal. Scope 1 and 2 emissions decreased by 42 percent and the proportion of renewable electricity increased to 80 percent across the group. Ratos AB's management team achieved the target of at least a 40/60 distribution between women and men, a target that applies to the group as a whole by 2030.
Sustainability work is conducted in close collaboration with the companies and is tailored to the conditions of each individual business.
