The Annual General Meeting on 9 April 2003 resolved to introduce a conversion provision in the articles of association, allowing Class A shares to be reclassified as Class B shares. This means that holders of Class A shares have an ongoing opportunity to convert their shares to Class B shares.

At the end of each quarter, Ratos processes conversions at no cost to the holder. If a request is received later than seven days before the end of a quarter, the conversion will be processed at the end of the following quarter. Should a shareholder wish to have the conversion carried out at any other time, a fee of SEK 5,000 applies.
