Since the 2003 Annual General Meeting there is a conversion clause allowing conversion of A to B shares in the articles of association. This means that owners of A shares have an ongoing right to convert them to B shares. In September 2026 32,174 A shares in Ratos were converted to B shares, which affects the total number of votes but not the total number of shares in the company.
At 30 September 2026, the total number of shares and outstanding shares in Ratos (of which 84,604,886 Class A shares and 242,905,802 Class B shares) amounted to 327,510,688, and the number of votes to 108,895,466.20.
Share capital amounts to SEK 1,031,658,667.20.
