At 31 July 2026, the total number of shares and outstanding shares in Ratos (of which 84,637,060 Class A shares and 242,873,628 Class B shares) amounted to 327,510,688, and the number of votes to 108,924,422.80.

Share capital amounts to SEK 1,031,658,667.20.
