Ratos for employees

Ratos's value creation is built on engaged employees with the right conditions. Through dialogue, equal terms and clear targets, we work to create a workplace that strengthens both people and business.

Our most important resource

Employees, both within Ratos and in our portfolio companies, are fundamental to Ratos's long-term value creation. Employee engagement and judgement are central to identifying risks and opportunities. Through established dialogue forums, we continuously capture their perspectives, views and expectations regarding Ratos's impact on people and the environment. This dialogue contributes to well-informed decisions and is an important part of developing long-term strategies.

Focus areas

The most important issues concern ensuring equal treatment, safe working conditions and respect for work-related and human rights. At the same time, there are clear opportunities to strengthen competitiveness, performance and innovation through a good working environment, inclusion, skills development and strong protection of employee integrity.

Gender equality targets

Ratos continues to work towards the gender equality targets set for Ratos and its portfolio companies in 2024. The target is to achieve a gender distribution of at least 40/60 between women and men in leadership positions by 2030. The target refers to the least represented gender. It covers the Ratos Board of Directors and the Board of each portfolio company, as well as the Ratos management team and the management team of each company.
