All portfolio companies have an external whistleblowing system that enables anonymous reporting of misconduct and irregularities. At Ratos AB, the whistleblowing function is managed by the independent provider WhistleB, which ensures full anonymity. The service does not store IP addresses or any other information that could be used to trace or identify a whistleblower.
