Johan Wall resigns as CEO of Bisnode

Johan Wall leaves his position as CEO of Ratos's subsidiary Bisnode. Fredrik
Åkerman, Business Area Director and CFO of Bisnode, has been appointed to serve
as acting CEO until a replacement has been installed.
The Board of Directors of Bisnode has decided to recruit a new CEO for Bisnode. Fredrik Åkerman, Business Area Director and CFO, has been appointed to serve as acting CEO. Johan Wall has been CEO of Bisnode since 2008.
Håkan Ramsin, Chairman of the Board of Bisnode, comments: "During his three years as CEO, Johan has successfully implemented a new business plan and strategy, and has carried out a refinement of the company's business, which has been under way for some time. Johan has been clear that he cannot commit himself long-term to Bisnode. Therefore the Board has decided to begin recruitment of a new CEO who can fully focus on Bisnode's long-term growth."
Ratos became the principal owner of Bisnode in 2005 when the Ratos associated company Infodata was merged with Bonnier Affärsinformation. Bisnode is one of Europe's leading suppliers of digital business information, with services in market, credit and business information. Using Bisnode's services companies can increase their sales, reduce their risks and improve their day-to-day business decisions. Operations are conducted in 17 countries in Europe.
