The fourth opportunity to exercise warrants according to the incentive program for the CEO and other key personnel in Ratos decided on by the 2018 Annual General Meeting and the second opportunity to convert convertible debentures into shares according to the incentive program for the CEO and other key personnel in Ratos decided on by the 2019 Annual General Meeting was completed in November 2022. Through the exercise of 100,000 warrants and conversion of 12,500 convertible debentures, the number of Class B shares increased by 112,500 and the number of votes by 11,250. After the increase, the share capital amounts to SEK 1,026,581,812.20.
