Ratos company SSEA Group wins new deal in Gothenburg

SSEA Group’s subsidiary Vestia has signed a partnering contract with Aspelin Ramm for construction of the office property Parkhus 4. The contract amount is estimated at approximately SEK 240 m and completion is scheduled in spring 2024.

The office property Parkhus 4 and the adjacent Parkhus 5 have received their architectural design from Wingårdh Arkitektkontor, and Arkitektbyrån Design is responsible for the current detailed design. The total area of about 12,000 square metres can be adapted to accommodate premises of between 300 and 1,700 square metres.

The transaction amounts to SEK 240 m (excluding tenant adaptations). The construction completion is scheduled in spring 2024.
